I'm Margaret Loflin and I've been cooking for as long as I can remember. I started working in restaurants when I was 16 yrs. old, have always helped with family parties, catered weddings and have competed in competitions giving me numberous awards for my salsa. In April 2009 I won a recipe contest with Crisco and and was inducted in their "Grilling Hall of Fame"
I used to money from Crisco to start my own business as a food vendor offering Greek food with "Its All Greek To Me!" at the Saturday Morning Market in St. Petersburg Florida. After being very well received, I started vending in two more Farmer's Markets in January 2010 and now am a regular at a total of five markets in the Tampa Bay area.
My goal is to inspire and create excitement for cooking. I'm not a trained chef, I'm just a cook who has a flair for presenting food that is both pleasing to the eye and the mouth. Please browse my website for market information, recipes, catering menus and cooking videos.
